Still Going!!

Okay everyone, I am still going on my Plexus journey! I am down to no cokes (or sodas for those of you not from SC) and no sugar in my coffee! I am taking it step by step to make it last!! I am drinking a ton of water everyday, which I am still trying to get use to. I feel like I am floating sometimes lol. I know my body just has to get use to having the water it needs.  I will be taking my second set of measurements tonight and will update with those tomorrow. So far all that I can tell on the Plexus is that my energy level is more consistent.  I am not hitting that 3:00 slump. I have slightly more energy than before, but I am only just entering week two so that should increase. I have not noticed any adverse effects as of yet. I am wondering if I will be one of those who have Candid. I hope not as that will make this journey considerably easier.  All in all, I would say so far so good. I can't wait to see what the future brings!

Hey everyone! Okay so last night my shipment FINALLY came in! This morning I have started my regimen. Yesterday, I took my measurements so that I can log not only my weight, but inches. I am also keeping a journal as to how I feel each day on Plexus. Of course I will share my progress here for those that are interested. I am looking forward to starting to see/feel results!! Wish me luck!

Getting Excited

Hey Guys! I am getting so very excited to start my Plexus journey! I am hoping to be getting my first shipment of Plexus products today!! I can't wait! So this is my plan. I am going to take some before pictures and then after the first month take some more pictures. I will post them to so everyone can see my progress. I will also do an update weekly so that I can notate how I am feeling through the process. I am hoping this will give me more energy and just help me to feel better in general!  Let me share a bit about my health as it is now so you know where my starting point is. I am 32 and I have a social anxiety disorder that makes life very difficult for me. Those of you who live with anxiety know, its no fun. I also live with the depression that often come with the anxiety. There is no better way to describe it other than it just sucks! I had spinal fusion surgery when I was 21. That was probably the hardest thing I have ever done. Giving birth naturally was cake compare...

Hey All! My name is Amy and I am starting my journey to get healthy and to live a better life! I am currently a single mother to a beautiful girl, Ella. She is my heart and soul and the reason I am trying to get healthy! I want to be around for her for a very long time. I am a full-time 911 dispatcher and love every second of it! It is one of the most rewarding things I have ever done, though it can be stressful as well! I have just joined Plexus as an Ambassador and look forward to seeing where this takes me. This is one of the main reasons for starting this blog. I want to document my road to health and share my experience with everyone. I truly believe this will make a big impact in my life, as I believe it has in others. I hope you will join me in my road to health! Amy P.S. If you are interested in more information about Plexus please leave a comment and I will be happy to tell you all about it.
