Getting Excited
Hey Guys!
I am getting so very excited to start my Plexus journey! I am hoping to be getting my first shipment of Plexus products today!! I can't wait!
So this is my plan. I am going to take some before pictures and then after the first month take some more pictures. I will post them to so everyone can see my progress. I will also do an update weekly so that I can notate how I am feeling through the process. I am hoping this will give me more energy and just help me to feel better in general!
Let me share a bit about my health as it is now so you know where my starting point is. I am 32 and I have a social anxiety disorder that makes life very difficult for me. Those of you who live with anxiety know, its no fun. I also live with the depression that often come with the anxiety. There is no better way to describe it other than it just sucks! I had spinal fusion surgery when I was 21. That was probably the hardest thing I have ever done. Giving birth naturally was cake compared to that surgery. Even though the surgery has helped tremendously, I still get the aches and pains that come with the change in the weather and so forth. Lastly, I suffer from migraines!! When they hit, they hit hard. I am one of those light/sound sensitive people who get the nausea that comes with it. It usually takes me about two days to recover. The first day is the migraine itself and the second is the hangover from it.
These are the main things that I am hoping will be helped by getting "gut healthy". Studies have shown that your gut health impacts just about every other aspect of your body. If getting my gut in shape will help me even just a little bit with these problems then I will be very happy!
Now you ask... Is Plexus the only way you are going about getting healthy? The answer is no. I am going about this in stages. On top of the Plexus, I have started walking and will build from there. I am hoping by doing this bit by bit and not all at once, that I can make it a habit instead of a diet/workout plan. I want to integrate it into my life for the long haul, not just the short term.
So, lets see if this works! I would love to hear about your experiences as well! Please share them with me!
