Still going strong!

Hey everyone! I am still on my Plexus and am feeling great! I haven't lost anymore inches yet, but I feel awesome! I am sleeping great, I am waking up refreshed, I am not snacking as much, and I have plenty of energy. I can also tell that it has been helping with my Anxiety. I am feeling a bit calmer. Even if I am not losing weight, this has been completely worth It!

As for the business side of working Plexus, it is going well. The more I share my story the more people are interested. It's still slow going but everything worth something takes time and effort! I have small goals to just earn enough to pay for my own products and if I earn more great, it not then that's ok too. This is a product I started being skeptical and now am a true believer. I know it doesn't cure anything or move the earth, but I feel better than I have in a very long time and it is so worth it to me!

Hey everyone!! First off, I am sorry I went AWOL for a bit, life got crazy! As i am sure you all know! I am still on my Plexus and doing great! I have cut out soft drinks and coffee (which is a HUGE thing for me). I am even starting to drink unsweet tea! 😲 With the Plexus I have had more energy through the day and don't have the 3:00 crash anymore. I am not craving sweets as much anymore either! I have even lost 1 inch off my waist! Woohoo!!! I know my goal isn't to lose wait but to get healthy. Though a girl can't complain about a size reduction!! As far as other issues, I have noticed a change in my joints, they don't ache as much. I am also sleeping better and am not groggy when I wake up (for those that know me this is a big deal. So there are some good changes happening and I am very pleased! I have not had any negative side effects so far so I think I am in the clear on that. Moving along!

I am very excited to report that since I started my Plexus journey January 24th I have lost 3 inches off my waist!! Considering weight loss wasn't my main goal it's awesome! The only changes I have really made were to stop drinking cokes and coffee. I have limited my sugar a bit too. I am just not craving the crazy food like I use too! I am feeling healthier than I have in a very long time!! I wish you all could experience this! I almost feel like a teenager again and for me that is HUGE! I am telling you that you need to try Plexus! What do you have to lose? I took a chance and tried it and couldn't be happier! I know anyone else that tries it will feel the same! Love Amy

Still Going!!

Okay everyone, I am still going on my Plexus journey! I am down to no cokes (or sodas for those of you not from SC) and no sugar in my coffee! I am taking it step by step to make it last!! I am drinking a ton of water everyday, which I am still trying to get use to. I feel like I am floating sometimes lol. I know my body just has to get use to having the water it needs.  I will be taking my second set of measurements tonight and will update with those tomorrow. So far all that I can tell on the Plexus is that my energy level is more consistent.  I am not hitting that 3:00 slump. I have slightly more energy than before, but I am only just entering week two so that should increase. I have not noticed any adverse effects as of yet. I am wondering if I will be one of those who have Candid. I hope not as that will make this journey considerably easier.  All in all, I would say so far so good. I can't wait to see what the future brings!
